Lifting of Stage II Fire Restrictions
Due to the recent rains, the US Forest Service is planning to lift the Stage II Fire Restrictions for the Sacramento Mountains and Lincoln National Forest on Monday at 08:00 A.M. , June 1st 2009. A ban on fireworks in the forest remains in place, pending the arrival of the summer monsoonal weather pattern.
